Re: No Crank/Start
Guys sorry not getting back to you sooner, but freaking LIFE and COVID! The issue turned out to be a bad immobiliser under the driver's seat of the car. Sent it off to get repaired and it started right up after installing the rebuilt unit! Just wanted to update everyone in case anyone was having the...

Re: No Crank/Start
I haven't thought about changing the battery inside the key head, that is an easy fix. The $10 ignition switch is next on my list, and might be able to get that done this weekend if all goes well. I live in the Phoenix, Arizona area, and have a several awesome indy shops in my area, if I can't figur...

No Crank/Start
Howdy gentlemen, It's been a while since I have posted here, but I've been busy working on my 2001. Finally was able to get the new engine installed, however, when I go to start it, NOTHING. No Crank at all. It's a manual so, I bypassed the clutch switch and still no crank/start. My key still locks ...

CRAP... Been following this and then it happens to me!!!!!
While sitting at a red light, this guy fell asleep at the wheel (6am) and hit a 2017 Toyota, who hit me, and pushed me into a Yukon. Awaiting to hear from his insurance and of course my insurance on whats next... SAD VERY SAD.

996 Mark 1 - Clock & Oil Level not working
Over the weekend my clock/oil level gauge in the dash stopped working. I tried to do a little research on the issue, but it looks as if the only forum posts deal with lawnmower 911's clocks (replace the light bulb behind the dash).
Anyone have a fix for this, or it is Buy A New Dash time?

Re: Windows dropping
When you open the passenger door, the window will go down, then back up fully. You have to pull the handle, shut the door then release the handle.... AUGGHHHH... Today while I was opening the passenger door to pull a suite case out of the back, the doors locked and the horned sounded twice on me! I ...
