Re: Sometimes, all you can do is laugh.

Goodness... that left a nasty mark. But, be thankful her daughter was honest enough to confess. After 4-5 dings and several scratches on my Volvo (with no courtesy notes of confession), I give up on the modern human being when it comes to these kinds of accidents. Like the old joke goes: Note found...

My ass is probably slightly fatter from sitting on it all weekend...
I can fully understand the reason. Keep us updated when the urge does hit you.

Re: Turn signals not resetting

Are you SERIOUS!!?? Assume you called them to let them know of their failure? Would interesting to know how that conversation went. Left a message but haven't heard back. No rush though since the Cayenne won't be ready until the middle of next week at the earliest (won't start on it until Monday at...

...but the earth is flat. Thanks for the pics. Those are some great ones...at least the wife's are. Never seen a night time shot. We were at Disney World Typhoon Lagoon with the kids years ago when they announced "look to the east to see the shuttle launch". We were on top of a water slide so...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Am I the only one that wasn't aware that Suncoast and Sunset are apparently the same place (at least for the online parts sites)? Just noticed this footer on an email about a Suncoast order: Suncoast Porsche Parts www.SuncoastParts.com Sunset Automotive Group and its affiliate companies are not res...

El Capitan: So where are the pics of the Spacex launch you went out to watch? You did take some pics...right? Some of us might want to see those.
I took some.
SAAWEET! Thanks Cuda. Looks like you didn't even need to drive out into the desert. They look so nice at night.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Damn, that grill must have gotten into some SHIT during its time on the outside - when they make you do your rec in a one-man dog run, it's generally not for parking tickets or for puking in the corner at three dollar pitcher night... El Capitan: So where are the pics of the Spacex launch you went ...

Re: Turn signals not resetting

I think this is now officially an ordeal  All the parts were finally in for them to do the 911 and then swap it for the P!g for it's recall. Dropped the 911 off Wed and got a nice new Macan loaner. Dealer calls last night to tell me that it should get a new clock spring too for $105, ok. They...

I bought a whole bag of those things off eBay a few years ago for like $10. They were shipped from China. I'm pretty sure they are genuine Porsche.
"China"? Where is that community located in Germany? Is it close to Stuttgart or Leipzig?

I admit that I looked longingly at that toolbox - which is definitely in contravention of the International Bro Code of 1982. Sorry for having impure thoughts about your 'box, man.
