Good plan. Producing any kind of product brings with it the specter of the dreaded "product liability". Insurance alone can get expensive.

being able to 'peg' them into the lift would be a huge plus. It's surprizing that the mfr has not come up with something for Porsche....they should know by now we'll buy anything for the 996

Speaking of pucks, I bought a set of these from a guy on Rennlist who makes them. Very high quality. Smaller than a regular hockey puck, and machined to fit into the 996 jack ports. They should stay put a little better than the NHL version.

There is a guy in the Kansas City area that has quite a business rebuilding these hydraulics. He has people ship him cylinders for repairs from all over.
