Re: Budget Accident Repair on 955

KC, why not buy a headlight, bend the fender out a bit, and rattle can the bumper and fender parts. The car is a beater, so I don't see how spending the 50% of car's value on repairs makes sense here. I mean the retail value of the car is around $5-6k on the street. I get the wanting the car to look...

I am aways wary when I see people just standing on the overpass. Hopefully the fuckhead(s) who did this get found quickly and suffer painful and long dea...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

True that ^^. But after reading the recommendations from the Ebay pump, I think that looking like Popeye is the least of my problems. Setting the fire to the pot to get the pump fixed seems a bit dangerous. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Power-Steering-Pump-for-Honda-Pilot-Acura-MDX-CL-TL-3-2L-3-5L-V6-Rep...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

No, PS pump has its own belt. That's why I figured I can just take it off and run the car as manual steering until new pump arrives.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Question, is there any additional damage I can do to the rack if I take off the PS pump belt and drive the car?

Drove out from garage today, all fluid was gone within a mile. All leaking from the pump. Looks like internal seals are gone.

It is actually great way to heat up food if you've never done it. 30-60 minutes and it is warm.

So... It is Fwd? Or awd if you choose to pedal?

If you are making it fully motorized, why not get a moped? Serious question. For $500 you can have a decent used moped.
