Re: Radiator Hose Replacement

You're probably going to need remote hose clamp pliers like these to access that clamp. https://www.tooltruckrebrands.com/rebrands/shcp1a?rq=hose%20clamp The lower radiator hose was held on by a screw/band (worm gear) clamp on the top fitting, and then just a wire spring clip on the bottom. 85418FF...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Girlfriend's car will most likely be totaled after a kid with no license (technically he had one - it just wasn't his), no insurance, and no registration hit her trying to cross a 5 lane road with a double solid yellow line. Thankfully she is okay. She's been wanting a Prius due to her 1.5 hr hour c...

Double Din + GT3 Center Console Delete

I've been lusting over the idea of a double din set up with a gt3 center console delete. The only challenge would be figuring out where to relocate the HVAC controls and where to put my cell phone (this topic probably deserves its own thread). Re: Coolant leak: time for some maintenance...

Same story as Joe here. Also installed the Rausch ss fitting.

No one makes an "upgrade" for the three way hose, but it is far less likely to break. This replacement will probably be the last one you need for the car.

Re: Coolant leak: time for some maintenance...

I broke that T when I was doing my tank/thermostat/water pump replacement. I'm pretty sure I broke it as I was removing the tank if I remember correctly. It's a pretty straight forward replacement. Collecting the coolant (if reusing) and refilling is the annoying part.
