Re: Racetrack Stuff

I did the "intro to DE" event held by my local PCA this weekend at NJMP Lightning. We did some classroom, some autocross stuff on a closed part of the paddock, and then we got about 10 laps on the track with an instructor. As predicted, I had a great time. On the track, I was completely o...

Re: Racetrack Stuff

Our local PCA held a club race this weekend at Heartland Park in Topeka. I went out for parade laps and got in 8 laps. My only previous "track" time was at Exotics Racing, so I'm a total noob. Still was fun today to exercise the car a little. Got up to about 115 mph on the straights, so t...

Re: Collector Car Insurance Companies

I used to have a declared value policy on the miata that covered storage, transport and paddock and limited street miles to/from the mechanic. I cancelled it because the car isn't street legal or registered so if it's going anywhere it's on the trailer. I'm not sure they'd be a good choice for anyth...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

I didn't watch the whole thing because I value my life a little and time is precious or something but it wasn't even clear to me what she wanted to have happen.

I've found that if she wants to have sex with you this sort of tools aren't needed.

A 4" erect penis is still an erect penis no matter what you call it.

Re: What did you do to/with your 996 today?

I've considered taking my Miata's plastidipped and failing hood and trunk lid to them as opposed to redoing it myself. Part of me doesn't care how it looks so do it myself part of me wants it to look not ridiculously terrible so have them do it. Pretty sure if I spent what it would cost on decent ra...

Re: Racetrack Stuff

Well, two things here. The goal was to brake for X seconds with a decline in brake pressure as we got closer to turn in. When we popped off the brakes sort of immediately we didn't slow down as much as we would have liked. So that's problem one, we were going too fast. Problem two is that when you r...
