Keep it simple man... Swap the relay from the known working fan, to the fan that's not working on stage 1. I literally just did this on my 996, except I didn't undo the two 10mm nuts on the back of the outside door release handle. Great job. I have photos for a write up I plan to do on the window regulator replacement as well I just haven't gotten a chance to sit down and post it up. Well done sir!
