Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com
After manufacturing and pandemic delays, finally got the wife's new Hasselblad today that was supposed to be a xmas/anniversary/valentines gift. Forgot to get a memory card for it, cause of course you can't just slap in any old card  Oh well... I'm pretty good at waiting at this point...

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com
Hope you guys are staying safe and are out of harms way. I got recalled back to work this week, which is nice. I suspect it will actually feel good to get back to work. All of the KC Auto Museum people finally returned to the museum today. While the law office staff have always been at their desks,...

Re: Death by Engine Lid
The aerokit II wing/deck lid doesn't weigh much, and when the deck lid is open, the weight of the wing blade is cantilevered past the hinges. I haven't tried disconnecting the strut entirely, but I wouldn't be surprised if the GT3 wing/decklid stays open with no strut at all. Don't know about your ...

Re: Death by Engine Lid
It varies by model/generation. Our 01 only has a single strut and that is with the Taco attached.32wildbilly wrote: ↑Wed Jun 03, 2020 9:17 am Question: I keep seeing people talk about engine lid "strut". Mine has two struts. Is it just understood that strut is being used to indicate two struts or what?

I'm going with the e30. At least that's what the shape of the dash looks like to me. The hood also looks like it may be white.
