Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Anyone who has ever been around a raccoon knows how much those bastards stink. I wouldn't eat a raccoon on a bet.

Never eat things that eat trash for a living.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

I have at least one East Texas recipe that calls for "jackalope" - meaning whatever critter you find by the side of the road.

If it doesn't pop when you stob it with your pocket knife, it's OK to eat.

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

There are some dishes where the baking soda trick makes the meat seem REALLY weird - but for chili, soup, or any other recipe where the meat normally gets boiled to fsck, ground meat goes from being that nasty gray pebbly shit to looking (and tasting) like ACTUAL meat. If you make steak chili, the b...

Re: Add on driver assist monitors/warning devices

The blind spot warning in the Grand Cherokee has saved me being yelled/cursed/honked at more than once in the two years we've had it. We don't have any of the really fancy crap (like lanekeeping assist or adaptive cruise)... It was disabled when we bought the car; I turned it on for grins, assuming ...
