Re: PSE(Porsche Sound Exhaust) connection/switch question

IMHO, my best guess is that capped line is the vacuum line that connects to the electric change-over valve. See image. Seem like it's connected to the bracket to support it. The center output on the change-over value is connected to a y-hose that feed both vacuum units that open and close the PSE va...

Re: PSE(Porsche Sound Exhaust) connection/switch question

Hey Groov,

I don't have a shop manual for the 997, but here's the parts breakout.

Does this help? Can you post more pictures? I can't tell where that middle line is coming from.

Re: Got My 2007 997C4S

Wow! Finally back in a 911. Congrats Groov! Glad to hear things smoothed out with the lady. You had to wine and dine her, but you got a great car in the end, huh? Should we expect this one to last past the summer? :D

p.s. I love the Lobster Claw wheels! hehehe

Re: Good Week @ 996Outpost.com

Heh. Wife got on the Jersey BMW club mailing list due to showing interest in a non-track event. Last night she gets an email blast reminding people not to leave stuff behind at the track. Apparently they had an event at Summit Point and some Jersey POS doing what a Jersey POS does hauled their used...

Maybe we should suggest a new and improved avatar for Gretch? (see att below) Forgive the limited coverings on the rendering.
