Yeah, I don't know if it is a special car or just one thats been modified. Pretty sure that is not an original paint color.

I'm loving what looks like Prussian Blue Metallic paint on that car. Definitely looks like an 86-87. Not Sure if it's an 88 or an 89 though. The 964 was being built by then and to my knowledge the only older body 911 cars that were built along side the 964 was the type 930. They were still the traditional old style body and it was made right along side the 964 for 2yrs. By 1990 the old body 911 was put completely to rest and we would wait until 1992 state side to get the 911 Turbo Type 965. At least if my memory serves me correctly. I have been wrong before so I could be very mistaken....lol
