Keeping my GalaxyTab 8 until it won't chooch no more -

The S10 5G is a worthy upgrade, though. Not necessarily for the 5G part, but the screen size is bigger and the camera is amazing.

Just sayin'.

(they do need to get rid of that damn Billy or Boogle or Bumble or whatever the hell that button on the side below the volume keys activates)

Disabled that button within a week of getting the phone - a dedicated hardware button for a useless feature is so 90's...

I just Googled how to disable Bixby. Looks like the best you can do is make it so that you have to double press the Bixby button to make it open, so it doesn't open every time the button is accidentally pushed. That's helpful.
Also, I set it up so that a single press on the Bixby button turns on my camera. So, thanks to your suggestion, I have just turned that stupid Bixby button into something usable.
One other comment about Bixby. My daughter changed the Bixby language to Chinese, so it was impossible for me to make changes in the app. A quick Google search brought up a Youtube video on how to change it back to Engrish. Much better now.
