As much as IB will hate this news, the winner of February's drawing is B3Freak. I slapped my computer twice, but the results did not change.

If anyone's curious about the exhaustive scientific methodology used to determine winners: I enter every active member with 1 or more posts during the drawing month into an Excel spreadsheet, ordered from most recent poster to least recent poster. I use the RANDBETWEEN function to select a random number between 1 and the total number of contestants for the month; the row that corresponds to the randomly-generated number wins the prize.

RANDBETWEEN(bottom, top): Returns the random number between two specified numbers (inclusive).
