The driver was T-boned by an uninsured driver going 2x the speed limit and wound up with 4 broken ribs, broken pelvis, and some non-life-threatening internal bruising/injury.
It's pretty remarkable how much energy the 996 soaked up. Sucks the dude got hurt, but he's posting photos from his hospital bed and not from the bottom of a hole, so he's got that going for him.
