People that are constantly searching for something to express outrage over, are rarely disappointed.

Holy Crap KCA! Your PCA club plans trips to Europe and the Nebraska region plans trips to Iowa. You guys got the cash!

Go be gay or LBGQT...XYZ or whatever it is you want...makes no difference to me, or my wife, family or my marriage. Just don't make it an issue or project yourself as the downtrodden misfits of the world and everybody is out to get you. Just be whatever you are and leave the rest of us alone! If they didn't make such an issue about it, most of us would not even care.

Yeah, but sounds like I would fit in better with the Great Plains Region (that's what you're in, right?).

Billy, you need to come down here for a Saturday morning breakfast. Pick a nice weather morning and we'll probably have 50+ cars there. We've got guys that routinely drive in from Manhattan, KS, which is about the same as you.

BTW, they just cancelled our post-breakfast fun run to Lawrence on Saturday morning and then the autocross for Sunday morning. We try to schedule those two events on the same weekends every month to encourage neighboring regions to attend: show up for breakfast Saturday at 7:10 am, do the fun run, spend the night and catch the autocross the next morning. Then, drive home Sunday afternoon. Our autocrosses are held at Ameristar Casino, so you can get a room there Saturday night. Maybe the Royals will be in town on the reschedule date.

Yep, GPR. Fun run cancelled due to forecasted snow? Is Spring ever going to get here?

Yeah, given that most people leave their summer tires on through the winter, not a good idea to do either a fun run or autocross in sub-40 degree temps.
