Then you can use any seat you want and he can ride up front.
Great tip!

Hahaha thanks Bill. And yes, this is #1 for us.

All the best to you and yours! Don’t forget to buy the carbon fiber, full-face Porsche 919 special infant edition helmet! It’s on sale in Tequipment catalog for $17,919.96. That and the genuine Porsche car seat system will only set you back a Freshman year of college!
Thanks! I took a peek at the "for kids" section of the Porsche shop and my wife had to yank the phone out of my hands. Too bad for her I got that little knit "my first racing wheel" in the cart first!

Today I learned that in PA I can't go down a speed rating from 114h to 114s on my SUV tires and pass inspection.

That seems a little picky. Is the inspection station a tire shop by any chance?

They all are, sort of. I called another shop I know and got the same story. I was stunned.

Little guy came in a very surprising way. He's actually not supposed to be out yet... My wife was due Feb 25. Her water broke at 33 weeks while she was attending her baby shower in Austin, TX, with her family. After living in the hospital for 2 weeks together, my wife doing her damndest to keep him in the womb as long as possible, he was born 35 weeks old on Jan 23.

We are all doing great. He never had to go to NICU, in fact, he stayed in our arms from minute 1 until we were discharged 2 days later on my birthday. Happy birthday, dad! 😅

Now he's a 37 week-old budding Porsche cup driver (ref: pic above) and we are getting ready to drive back to Vegas on the 13th as a big/little happy family.

Anyway - just wanted to check in and spread the joy with my Porsche buddies. Oh! And reassure you that I'll be back soon to BS on the regular with you. (Sorry! 😉)

NIce, Congrats to you and the Mrs. !!

Cathing up: Love the EJECT buttons.

Regarding state inspections, they are the biggest license to steal and gouge in the whole automotive industry. [just ahead of dealer service departments]

It's amazing how little my car needs when I tell them ahead of time that if it fails I'll fix it myself so don't do anything, just fail it and I'll pay the $40 fail fee and correct the deficiencies. When they know I'll be pulling those brake pads and checking them they somehow are never bad when they were almost always bad before.
