Saturday.
8:00-11:00 Meet and greet at Cars & Coffee at SpeedVegas. Address is 14200 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89054.
11:15-12:00 Leave for a drive to Charleston road. Lee to Kyle canyon. 45 minutes. (Not sure about the address or route for this one, so please fill in Adam)
12:00-13:00 Stop for lunch at the lodge at The Resort on Mount Charleston. Address is 2275 Kyle Canyon Rd, Mt Charleston, NV 89124
13:00-15:00 Driving around canyon for photos and sightseeing. (Not sure about the address and route for this one, so please fill in Adam)
15:00-18:00 free time for attendees to get checked into hotels, take shower and relax.
19:00-21:00 Gather at Top Golf for entertainment and drinks. Address is 4627 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
21:30–01:00 Drinks at Bellagio hotel. We will start at the Baccarat Bar and move around the hotel bars from then. Other bars within Bellagio are Petrossian Bar, Sports Bar & Lounge, and Lilly Bar (upscale attire required for this one). Address is 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Sunday.
8:00-10:30 Meet and mingle at Cars und Kaffee. (I am not sure about the address for this one Adam, please fill in).
10:45-12:30 Lake Mead drive, terminates at Overton. Enter valley of fire through the south area. (I am not sure about the address for this one Adam, please fill in).
12:30-13:30 Lunch at Sugars Home Plate restaurant. Address is 309 Moapa Valley Blvd, Overton, NV 89040.
13:30-16:30 Leave Sugars to do the valley of fire drive through the reverse side. (I am not sure about the address for this one Adam, please fill in).
16:30-18:00 arrive back in Vegas, free time for people staying through Sunday for showers and relaxation.
18:00-20:00 Hardcore racing action at Pole Position Karting. Address is 4175 South Arville, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
21:00- 24:00 Final drinks and goodbyes for the remaining attendees at Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. Address is 4510 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169.

Thanks for transcribing all of that! I'll get the blank addresses filled in pretty soon, here, and I told Kalashnikov I'll have the official backside of our promo 5x7 done by the end of this weekend so we can get some printed and start handing them out.

BTW - the LV area PCA has officially started including our event on the newsletter calendar. I told the organizer of the newsletter I'll write some copy for him, provide photos of last year's event, and the official schedule for the next newsletter and we are going to be the "feature" of the month. That should help out, too.

Starting to look like a real event!

For those of us who'd have to travel long distances via airplane are riders invited? Much as I'd like to drive my 6TT out there I just can't take that much time off.

I would say YES ^^, as last year most people except me rode solo. Option two is rent the 911 for two days in Vegas. Both Hertz and Enterprise rent Porsches in Vegas.
