Is that how Porsche tested the aero on the 911?

I have a MaxJax and love it. I bought it for the portable-ness. Very seldom do I have the car at its max lifting height. I have dropped a motor, done countless oil changes, brake pad swaps and flushes and the list goes on and on. I do have a couple cracks in my concrete though from the anchors. The most important part is to make sure your slab is thick enough.
One more request. Do you have any pictures of your 911 on the lift? I would be extremely grateful for some reference pics! :D
Sorry for the late reply...I just sobered up from the "500" weekend. This was my old 996.

Use some steel plates to spread the load out.

Appreciate the help Pete! I think the maxjax is what's right for me, given my current garage situation. (2 car garage in LA)

Finally pulled the trigger! Today is the last day of MaxJax's summer sale and they are currently offering free shipping and lift gate service! With the $400ish saved, I opted to upgrade to the Danmar M6 which has a few additional safety features. It has a ratcheting automatic lock that you see on most lifts instead of the two pin positions you get with the MaxJax.

I AM PUMPED WOOOOO

Should be getting a call today to schedule Delivery this week or beginning of next week.

Also getting ready to pull the trigger on an 84" Snap On Epiq. August is going to be a good month for the garage!
