Take the $28k and run. Book yourself silly with ESAs through the end of the year, and you will have enough for 997.2 gts. Should prop 10 pass, something tells me that there will be a lot of people looking to dump a lot of CRE in your area of the woods, and not just MF type.

Yeah. Been working my butt off to pay for these toys. Worth it, IMHO.

Just got off phone with insurance. I'll get $28,906.84 for my car. Not bad for a 150k mile tiptronic.

Yeah that kind of payout kinda makes for a simpler equation. Time to move into a red targa and pocket 5k for sundries.
