Climate control readout screen

Anybody have a lead on a replacement lcd readout for a climate control unit? Heat, cool, all works fine but the digital panel is missing many pixels with more failing by the month. 2004 C2 cabriolet. Started going sideways after being relocated for a double din head unit.

Mine started doing the same two days after getting it running...Then the pre-cat 02 sensors. I hope this is not a pattern!
