Just used my new-found knowledge to change from “Soft Blue” to “Carbon”. Cool option, but it does not format properly on my iPad running Safari. Just a FYI...
Now back to “Soft Blue”.

But seriously - thanks for all the working in putting this site together!

Can you post a screenshot of what’s wrong? Looks the same in Chrome and Safari on my gen 6 iPad running iOS 13.3. Thanks!

Here you go. First picture is Black something - not quite set up right, but usable:

Next one is Black, which seems fine:

Now we have Soft Blue, which is my default:

And now Carbon - you can see that it is compressed horizontally. These were all taken in landscape mode.

The Soft Blue and the Black format fine on Safari in landscape mode. The other two seem to be compressed? Sorry I’m obviously not a web designer. My iPad is an Air2, so pretty old, but I am running iOS 13.3. Hope this helps...

Ahhh. Yeah does that on mine in Chrome too. Hadn't noticed until seeing your image.

Actually I see that it does that on my Pixel phone too.

Portrait mode on both is fine though.

Carbon doesn't have the quick links to unread posts across the top of the page (I have to go to the drop down).

The width issues - the amount of horizontal space used to display content - should be addressable by tweaking the styles. For example, the carbon layout changes once the window width exceeds 750 pixels...the content takes 100% of the horizontal space when the window is < 750ish pixels wide, and it scales to take less horizontal space when the window > 750ish (I think the actual number is 768, but that's not important now)...

You can see how dramatically the layout changes with a fairly subtle change in the display width:

Many of the themes are older and not necessarily optimized for mobile and/or higher-resolution displays. I'll start tinkering with the theme styles...
