My 02 only had one and this was the first part I replaced after it came down on me day one :x , it does look like I could put a second on though...Same with the frunk. Previous owner just ran out of money and then the motor blew!

Secrets....Now you know I paid the Porsche tax for my new rear lid strut, and got it from Auto Atlanta, but I wanted to let you'all know something. I soaked it in GooGone overnight to remove about 10 stickers that were on it. After I got them all off....guess what I found? Hmmmmm..OE supplier to Porsche? Stabilus huh Does have a Porsche P/N on it. Well okay, moving on.

My lid has two! DB it appears we have similar struts although mine are marked C4S.

...and no the pics were not taken by Bigfoot as it appears from the shadow I just haven't had a haircut in over 9 months and I might keep it that way! The wife says I'm reliving my past and she is probably right!

I have a cheapo Oster clipper I bought for like $30 in the late 90s that has taken care of my hair since. That's like $0.07 per cut at this point!

I tried reliving my past by re-shaving my mohawk in my mid 30s. It was a thoroughly embarrassing sight :(

Did you dye it orange or bright green? If not that's why...

I actually only died my younger mohawk once (alpine green). When I recut it I did dye it electric blue, but the dye was super old and came out more faded than it should have. It also didn't help that it was only about 4" long rather than the 18" I had gotten out to before I shaved it off.

A pic at 18" would be appreciated...

I am not one for pictures, so there are only 2 known pics of me with the mohawk. One just before I moved out of my parents and a second (within a year) on my AOL ID badge that I "lost" when they wanted them back to reissue with a god awful "fun" design. Both were taken when it was still in the 6-8" range (long enough to lay down, but didn't cover the whole side of my head).

If you are looking for pics of it standing up, it never did. My hair was so light and fine that it just would not stand no matter what we did (stopping short of super glue). So I wore it down like a skater, except mine went all the way down the back of my head like it was supposed to (stupid skaters).
