He is selling his high-mileage (174k miles) 996TT Tiptronic for $25k. If you search around here and Rennlist (dammit), you'll find a ton of info on the car as he has made a lot of posts since he bought it a few months ago. He paid more than that for the car, then spent a lot of time and $$ in fixing some minor issues. He got a good deal on the car. Getting it in its current condition for $25k is a steal (so much so that I'm tempted, but I'm right now in the middle of refinancing my office building, so no new cars for me). At $25k, it's a buy and flip kind of car. I think it should sell for about $28,000 in its current condition. It isn't perfect and it has high mileage and it is a tippy, but that's why the purchase price starts with a "2" and not a "4" or a "5" or nowadays we are seeing 996TTs even sell in the $60k range on a regular basis. I've seen salvage title cars on the Copart auction sell for this. The only thing wrong with this one is the miles, the tippy and you need to get the stereo going. Arctic silver over Metropol blue leather interior, which is very nice. Here's a link to his post today about dropping the price all the way down to $25k because he's got a bouncing baby 997TT arriving now:

Will offer $15k.

He had a Cuda-type ending where somebody hit him. I think he ended up getting a total of about $37,000 out of it.
