Ah, you were the one I had to tuck into the driver-side window seal. I was hoping you wouldn't be pissed - some folks get a little tightly wound about those things.

Are the wipers a permanent delete? We can get away with that in SoCal... ;)

The other half is the look on the people's faces who believe that a single rain drop totals the car

We had the factory do that :D

Glad to see another original owner BTW. Our's is an 01 C4, but it has no idea what a garage is or that not driving in certain types of weather is an option

thanks everyone for the warm welcome! 1) I am the og owner of the 02 996tt took delivery back in nov 2001. I believe my turbo was the one of the very first factory aerokit. back then I purchased the turbo for weekend canyon runs and occasional track days. 2) due to some health issues it was in storage 3) now has approx 9500 miles lately it's been a garage queen, that will change quickly as Im back in the saddle again. full fluid flush, mobil 5-50

2) Hope you get back in the saddle soon, sir!

3) W-O-W. As the original owner I don't know how you have the patience. You must have some other cool cars... Do tell.

Overall - Welcome! Glad you joined us. 8-)
