Brake Cooling - New Product

Post by RennkitDave » Fri Apr 19, 2019 7:19 am

For anybody that has seen their calipers turn from bright shiny red to dull orange due to track use... We have developed a new product. Cal*Cool™ caliper cooler kit. It includes the necessities to bolt on bigger 350mm brake rotors (we provide some recommendations such as Girodisc or Sebro slotted) along with our Cal*Cool radiators. We will gladly provide a 10% discount to any 996Outpost member! Saves on the cost of rebuilding calipers due to overheating. Saves brake pads wear. I know there was some kerfuffle other places on this but I don't go there and haven't read the thread to see if it was resolved ..... has there been any testing of caliper temps with and without these?

Pretty slick Dave, I am sure they help slightly as it is a pretty proven principal. Like the outcome of it more than the two single bushings as a spacer for the 350mm rotors.
