The Black Sheep, 996 Revelations - 1998 Porsche 911
Hello everyone,
I am new and discovered the site thanks to the site member Dr_Strangelove (whew!). I have a 1998, bone stock, manual, no sunroof Carrera that I love to the bits.
I had tried to do my best to clear some of the clouds over 996 with my video that you can check out below. Hope you'll enjoy and if you do, I'd really appreciate if you'd subscribe to the channel.
Cheers,
Burak

Actually, I've seen your video before and I must say ... Nice... very nice work indeed! Great variety of shots to make the piece very engaging. Well done... and welcome to the 996 Outpost!

Hey glad you made it over! I see a kindred spirit in Burak as he loves to tell his ownership stories - only he elevates his storytelling through video. This board is brand new but was set up with the purpose of...ahem..."celebrating different voices."
You may catch some snark over here too, but it will be fun-loving, good-natured snark.

@Wheel_Nuts, welcome! Nice looking sunroof delete car!

i also love the no rear bumperettes on the euro cars...
Did a bumperette delete on the turbo. Haven't paint matched it yet, but still like it better than stock.
Did it for cosmetics, not weight savings, but those suckers are 3.5 pounds!
