And there's nothing like letting him out in terrible weather into the fenced in yard while you stay nice and warm. While we're on the topic, here's me on my way to pick up my son from school in his favorite car with his best friend.gnat wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 6:25 amHe is a hound. Having him loose is about as smart as buying a 996 without a PPI and believing that ticking is just the lifters...DTMiller wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 5:05 am Hahaha.
Our rescue dog might cost us thousands of dollars because we took him next door to the neighbor's fenced yard and he has all the zooms and depriving him of his zooms feels wrong. But he is so fast having him off leash in an unfenced yard seems like a bad idea.
Have had a few hounds. The current one is fine off leash, but that is because she was raised by an exceptional border collie. All the others have been classically head strong and would come home when they felt like it.
My advice is to get him in a puppy obedience class asap and then adult obedience when he is old enough. Will do wonders for both of you and will help temper those hound traits.

That ‘30 Doozy is prone to more than 330 documented modes of failure. Look how far the auto world has come to get to the 996 M96!

The answer was not in Russian. Therefore no cookie for you. Also, in my infinite wisdom I award the said cookiee to me for doing such an amazing job on taking that photo. Just amazing.

Re: Nailed by the PoPo
Went to pick up my daughter from school last night and noticed lots of cops on the roads. Escort to the rescue. Situation awareness my friends!
Shame the guy that flew by me didn't have a detector. I was traveling about 60 mph when the Honda Accord passed me. I would imagine he was going about 65-70. The speed limit is 55 on that road for reference. Georgia cops are very flexible, but when you go 15 or over, you're in danger territory.
What's it like in your area? Cops overly oppressive or reasonable?
p.s. listen to my daughter nag about the Redline noise and then the heat! lol Can't please the ladies in these cars.
