Looks like it was the Porsche's fault for trying to pass in a corner. You hear him punch it a fly off the track to get around him. Wonder if he offered a couple of mill to repair the damage on the pagani? Also, it's so reassuring that the gull wing doors automatic fly open in a crash situation. You just never know when you may need to bail.
The GT2 used the other guy like a berm! Definitely his fault.

I’ve ordered two this morning, I doubt this the last time this is going to happen
Looks like you butchered your drain plug too.
Yeah that’s what that pics about. I went to do the oil this morning and rounded the drain plug. It’ll come off, but I can’t take it off until the replacement gets here. Frustrating. I might go back to the stock plug and just get a UOA done every time.

I'm on my second LN plug because I boogered up my first one by not being careful removing and tightening. While not cheap if I'm careful it should last longer but I might get a spare just in case. Using a crush ring might help also!!

I really don’t know how I did it. This one is fairly new. It’s either stuck in there because I forgot the crush ring last time or I might have used the wrong size hex although I doubt it. No one around here sells a replacement I’d use so I’ll wait until next week.

With my LN plug, I've found I have to deliberately verify the hex bit is fully inserted before I start working the ratchet. The fit is tight--or should I say "a precision fit"--and more than once I've discovered the bit not fully seated. This, plus paying attention to the torque spec which is much lower for the LN plug than the stock plug, have kept my 5-year old LN plug in good shape so far.

True that. Last person I saw get out of a car after wrecking while the track still had active race cars and no emergency crews got hit by Tony Stewart. Kid didn't make it.

I used to drive a 360 sprint car on dirt. Crashed one time and flipped one time. I definitely waited for the e-crews, kept my hands inside the cage and kept the seat belts on.

Yeah, that could be what I did, not get the hex all the way in there before I turned it. Lesson learned. And I'm not the one to cast aspersions on our German engineering overlords, but I didn't have this issue with my 928's drainplug, which came out the side of the pan but more importantly used a standard bolt head instead of a hex hole. I don't care what you make this thing out of, a hole is going to round eventually. I'd pay good money to a vendor who can get the head small enough to get a ratchet around it but still sits flush.
