Re: *UPDATE* Feb 15
Noticed the hood emblem didn't have the rubber seal around it. Simple little $5 part. Ordered it on eBay. Went to remove the emblem, but noticed the speed nuts were missing. You thinkin' what I'm thinkin'? Yep, one of previous owners took a short cut (no surprise) and used double stick tape and some glue to mount the emblem to the hood. Why? Makes me wonder why the logo was removed in the first place. Anyway, after gently prying it off with my plastic paint scraper, I remounted it correctly with the proper rubber seal.
As you may remember, the moron audio installers damaged a lot of the interior trim pieces. One of the coat hook was missing. Replace it, painted it graphite gray.
Lastly, I finally got the rear seat bolts. Now the seat lock properly. Yay!

Lookin' good. Makes me want to get out to the garage to work on some projects. Unfortunately, I have tax returns that need to get done, so the "me time" in the garage has got to wait.

touché!
Hey thanks... I'm a highly trained black belt typo ninja. But I believe Porsche prefers "Grey" over "Gray".

Re: Update - Feb 16
Found a dismantler that had the correct piece of carpet that is located directly behind the rear seats. (see pic) Glad I found a dismantler because these two pieces of grey carpet cost over $500 each from Porsche. Easy install.
Next, the fuel door hinge was broken and fortunately, I didn't lose the original fuel door. The replacement hinge is not an expensive part to replace at $18, but if I had to replace and repaint the cover, well that would have been crazy Porsche expensive. Whooooosh! Thankful. Not hard to install either. The hardest part is getting the old one off without damaging the paint. The new one slides on the fuel door, then you snap it in place on the car, and lastly, mount the original retention clip. Oh, if you ever replace this part, don't throw out the retention clip because my new hinge didn't come with a new one!
Got my rear deck "Carrera" emblem. No, I didn't go poser and put "GT3" or anything... and, I didn't even go for the modern look with spaced out "P O R S C H E" lettering over the Carrera logo. Keeping it stock this time around. I just wish I had the original Porsche wheels.
