First segment will be on the awesomeness of my Kia Rio.

Only in the 996 as the reset is broken and I don't hear the blinker over the engine.

In the P!g there is just cussing involved as I manually make it do what I intended.
I thought you got that or had that fixed a long time ago??

No. I got it diagnosed but didn't want to pay for a new clock spring or dealer labor to install it. Been too cheap and lazy to fix it myself.

Last time she drove it she reported the steering clicking when she pull up at the house, so might finally get the blinkers fixed while looking into that issue...

Can't use the turn signals in CA - if you telegraph your intentions, you get cut off.

The driving is getting worse here. Last weekend, I saw a Prius get lit up by California Highway Patrol for camping the fast lane @ 55MPH (posted speed was 65, flow of traffic 75+). Instead of pulling off to the shoulder or taking the next offramp, the Prius driver just stopped. In the fast lane.

I try not to use the word "idiot" too often - it smacks of arrogance - but damn, what an idiot.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Prius/Idiot just naturally go together. I can't imagine how the CHP officer felt...

That's funny I was going to post up some "people drive like crap around here", but I got nothin' to compare with the above...either of the examples.

I am making a video of this month's dash cam interactions in AZ. Mind you, I don't drive a lot. And if got 10s of ridiculous near misses in one month.

^ I can actually vouch for this. We border both CA and AZ. Crazy in all directions - but the AZ plates are the one I keep an eye on at all times. They are unpredictable.
