Sounds like some Victorian throwback came up with that one..."Until the roving automotive phallus is banned, pedestrians of the highest moral fiber will continue living in fear of involuntary vehicular penetration."

But...it's a Jaaaaaaaaaag!

My mom had a grey-market XJ6 (small-block Chevy conversion) back in the 80's...the leaping cat was one of the coolest hood ornaments ever.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Completed the Leatherique process on the seats, and being optomistic I plan on removing the layers of dust off the 996 tonight in anticipation of driving it to the PCA breakfast tomorrow. It's been dry for a day or so and the temps this weekend are headed to the 50's-60's. Fingers crossed. The 996 hasn't been out of the garage since January 7th. :(

I've been told those made great looking chain hangers, as well.

Drove it to the Girl Scouts Pinewood Derby where my, err "my daughter's" car not only set track records on back-to-back runs, but also took home the prize for "Best Design."

How did you hide the little tiny brushless wheel motors and associated electronics?

Drive it 150 miles to and from my son's basketball game where he again scored half our team's points. Too bad the other team scored 6 times as many as he did.

Oh and changed the oil yesterday. It was oily looking.
