Let's just say we know a "little meadow" where the "timbers grow".

Got a new 996!

Post by OceanBlue2000 » Sat Feb 29, 2020 7:17 am

No IMS on this one, yada yada yada. This is an auto art (#77851) that I’ve been looking for for a while. Very rare and expensive if you can find it. I found this one in Ireland for only 70 euro plus 20 euro shipping. I had an auto art model of my old 928 and really liked it so I kept on the lookout for this one. It doesn’t disappoint, the rotors are actually drilled. Same color as my car, if the interior was gray it would be a twin.

Now to make sure the 9 year old knows it’s off limits. My 928 model is currently a salvage title.

That's so good I spent a few seconds trying to figure out the most unusual looking garage space and giant coffee mug.

I have a bunch of 1:18 models, but most of them inexpensive ones like Burago. I think I only have one AutoArt. They are very nice.

Went to Taycan launch at our local Porsche dealer to watch them dramatically pull the cover off the Taycan that a bunch of us took a test drive in 2 weeks ago.

But, it was a first class.party with good food and drink and some "artsy" entertainment, so no complaints from this freeloader. See you in about 7 or 8 years from now, Mr. Taycan.
