How many... Competitors were in your class?

I suspect between 1and 5. What kind of class was it? Did you arrive the same way as Richard Hammond did for Alfa concourse D'Elegance?

That's an awesome video. When I first got my 928 back in 2014, it was leaking very noticeably from the waterpump as I pulled into the show. I was waiting on parts for the TB/WP job, but I entered it anyway.

This year, I got stuck working the PCA booth setup and never got a chance to detail either the 914 or the 928 this time. As for the class, it had 7 cars in it. There were 2 other 914s, both of which were in significantly better condition (and were actually clean) - one yellow and one green. But I think people just really like the color. That's the only explanation.
Mystery solved... You were working PCA booth setup, and were the head judge for your class. 😝

BTW "someone" told California Natural Resources Agency Secretary that “It will start getting cooler, just you watch. I don’t think science knows, actually.”

So I wouldn't worry I'm sure that guy must be very knowledgable in climate science to make such a statement...
Billy... Keep it where it belongs...
Sorry! Got carried away. "It" seems everywhere.

He does seem to have a thing about the stuff. Not sure I get it. Must be a Nebraska thing.

Took the 996 back to the smog joint this morning (after peeling off the offending tape Sunday evening). No more tape was found; I'm good for another two years.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Yeah, it's an inconvenience...but when I weigh it against the inconvenience of making payments on something newer, the smog thing seems tolerable.

Would have been easier if he hadn't tried to sneak that environment killing tape past them!
