So what's the point of yet another 996 site?
So what's the point of yet another 996 site?
I know what you're thinking...it's the same thing _I_ was thinking when I was sitting here staring at my credit card. "Does the world REALLY need another 996 site?"
Well, no. It didn't, but I feel like it does now. As more and more car enthusiast sites get acquired by corporate entities with corporate interests, their tolerance for shenanigans and general tomfoolery falls off precipitously, and moderators get more and more heavy-handed. I get it - businesses are businesses, and I wouldn't want a bunch of smart-asses sitting outside of my virtual storefront smoking unlicensed Indian cigarettes and hooting at the ladies. However, the sanitization of car forums makes them a much less fun and interactive place.
So, that's the dream for this pathetic hunk of internet real estate: we can hang out, have fun, and talk about the 996...one of the best sports car values around.
Thanks for checking things out.

Oh, I don't know, I kinda enjoy heavy-handed, over moderating thought police when I'm taking a break for a few minutes from my stressed out day.

Specifically, the Bambi Club. Do NOT say yes if the girl asks if you want leche.

Re: So what's the f**king point of yet another 996 site?
Leche means "milk" in Spanish. Many Mexican exotic dancers, like those who work at the decidedly sad Bambi club in downtown TJ, also happen to be semi-recent mothers.
A good buddy of mine was in TJ several years back and was stunningly intoxicated...so he did not know better when the "Leche?" question was posed to him.
Stupidly, he said "yes."
At that point, the beautiful Latina lady who was straddling his lap squeezed a nipple and shot warm milk into his mouth.
Brother has never been the same since.

I prefer my milk cold. And not in a stranger’s tube top.

Yes! I made it to the party! I was wondering what happened at that, err, other place. None of the usual suspects showed up to my bore scoring prevention thread and got it shut down like I was expecting. In fact I had placed bets on how soon it was going to be deep sixed by those zealous mods lol anyhow, glad to see a new corner of the interwebs has been carved out for us motley 996 peoples!
