The problem with Rennlist has always been that the moderators feel the need to butt in where no intervention is necessary. Yet, in other spots where they really do need to say "hey, let's cool it," they're nowhere to be found. Rennlist is a much bigger site and definitely needs moderators due to some of the jackasses that it draws. But the mods just don't seem to "get it" most of the time. They need to understand the personalities and the "norms" (as opposed to the IB rules) of the forums better.theprf wrote: ↑Wed Jul 07, 2021 11:53 am It's F-ing ridiculous. I am sure Jason's going to blow up his engine sooner rather than later; none of the available solutions are worth a damn, and this is what we get . . .

This seems like the appropriate place for an "I atoadaso" meme...
Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.
Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

I joined Rennlist because I met Schnelly in a parking lot in Vegas and I stayed on Rennlist for the "when I was a boy my dad used to lube everything with bacon grease hey I don't want your opinion I want you to tell me why my underbody neon shorts out my dash I bet none of you keyboard pussies would fight me in person anyway what's up with my dash thanks bye." crazy people. The internet is wild.

I have to watch my tongue… I currently have two strikes against me in the last month on Rennlist. One more strike and I’m on “vacation” again.FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Wed Jul 07, 2021 1:36 pmThe problem with Rennlist has always been that the moderators feel the need to butt in where no intervention is necessary. I thought you were playing the good boy over there Bobby? Did you put on your finest Southern Lady accent and bless someone's heart again?

I was trying to be a good boy, but you know b3freak... it's hard to keep my mouth shut. hehehe I'm my own worst enemy I guess. Once I took up for WildBill and got the first strike. The second one was when I posted "Show me on the doll where they hurt you" South Park meme (see below) when someone complained about the "pains" of the 996. That was just poking a little fun, but again, I got my second strike.
