I checked about 2 years ago and you could still get them directly from Porsche NA. If you think Jake's prices are high though...

The last used one I came across with about 6000 hours on it was around 30k if I remember correctly (about 3 years ago).

Seems fair. Especially since you can pick up a 996TT Mezger used in the $10k to $12k range.
