I'd wholeheartedly support eliminating the whole "politics" section.

I know some of you put a lot of effort into the Politics discussions - and I'm sorry that the words you put time and energy into have disappeared. That said, we've lost far more members than we've gained by hosting that stuff here.

So I nuked it.

While I will ALWAYS fight for every American's (and 996 owner's) right to express themselves, future political discourse will have to take place on some other corner of the Interwebs. Maybe we can soon get back to the much-more-important task of making extensive lists of shit we haven't fixed on our 996's.

I go to Disney for a week and this is what happens. I can't help being curious about what there is to argue about an invasion, so if someone would fill me in (or not) that would satisfy my curiosity. In any case, you're right about this being a car site.

Still waiting on the new security module to show up at the Indy and haven't bothered to lug that 4-ton battery back upstairs and outside to put it back in the car after bring it in to give it a good charge, reconditioning, and testing (yes the battery appears to be perfectly healthy).

I got my new ignition switch in and I'm basically the maximum size a person can be to do this job lying in the foot well.

Do you guys take the side vent off and come in from the side normally or just contort and reach up?
