^^^ Nah, just some random turistas that insisted on blocking my view.

I think we are pretty nearly set for Christmas Eve.

My Christmas holiday experience 2022. In hospital since Saturday a week ago. Went super hypotonic. Emt’s thought heart, but that’s another story for a larger keyboard . Today is day 9 peeing in a cup eating jello. Diagnosis: gallstones blocking bile duct pissing off the pancreas. You know the old saying it’s not nice to F with Mother Nature include the pancreas with that sentiment! Galdbladder was removed yesterday and feel better already.
So Ho Ho Merry Christmas to all you folks.
Never gonna make you cry...

Ah, yes, the old “gallstones blocking the common bile duct” trick. I had my gallbladder out in 2002. Then, 3 years later, some tiny leftover stones got caught in the common bile duct. They were so small that they didn’t show up on normal images. Fought it for about 18 months before they finally diagnosed it. I would turn yellow like Bart Simpson and be so sick that I couldn’t even take a sip of water. Then it would go away when the stones shifted and allowed the backed up bile to drain. It was like an intermittent electrical gremlin in a car. In the end, they used an endoscope to clear the common bile duct, and I have been fine ever since.

At one point, my doctor (one of my best friends), told my wife that he feared I had pancreatic cancer. So, at least they figured out what the problem was for you. Do keep it in the back of your mind that if you have problems down the road to tell them to look for tiny stones creating a blockage.

Hope to hear soon that you are out of the hospital and back setting new record times for the Civc R class in your local autocross.

Bow once again to modern medicine.

Pam had her gall blast removed a dozen years ago with no required adjustments to her life style.

Good when a diagnosis leads to a solution. You'll be home in the blink of an eye and back in the driver's seat before you know it!!!

Damn...GW@996Outpost has turned into a bloody convalescent ward this week.

On a serious note, it seems everyone's that been under the weather (or surgeon's knife) is on the mend which is the best news we can all hear. Best wishes for speedy and complete recoveries!

Oh yeah...Merry Christmas y'all.

Dang, Billy, that sounds like it sucks. 2022 managed to sneak in one last kick in the nuts…

If you need anyone to look after the Honda and 996, just have ‘em shipped out here. I got you, man.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.
