Cuda - Your Cayman sounds like it’s on ‘roids. Like an East German “female” shot putter. Props, sir. So sweet to have a December track day like that!

Nicely done Sir...nicely done.

Safe to assume there wasn't a gravel pit/sand pit excursion?😬

Ha! Only gravel excursion was my very last lap of the event. Pushed too hard at corner 11, and went off into the gravel.

At least you didn't eat it in the drop zone... that looks like it was a lot of fun!

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Jeep went into the shop yesterday. AAA (the other party's insurer) offered a "generous" $1,200...after pulling the bumper cover off, the total is at about $5K with some other odds and ends to go.

Mrs. S. cajoled the rental car gal into an Audi Q7 for a rental while the Jeep is on the mend. Ain't gonna lie, it's nice...for an SUV you'd NEVER take offroad. It's a proper Chelsea tractor, as the Top Gear boys woulda said back in Jeremy's pre-steak-tantrum days.

I think I will go to Krispy Kreme rather than DD.
Fort Worth Star-Telegram
Dunkin’ workers pull guns on customers asking for manager, cops say. ‘Y’all gonna die’

One of the employees chambered a round in the pistol, pointed the gun at the 41-year-old customer, and verbally threatened him, saying, ‘Y’all gonna die tonight,’” officers said.
This is the place where I "originated" and one of the reasons I never go back.
