I have been remiss by not mentioning how much I HATE Winter recently so:

Winter can be pretty...

...but that's about all it has going for it.

The above forecast it NOT that wimpy "feels like" temperature. That is actual on the thermometer temperatures.

I live in the wrong location.

That's freaking cold. It was 38 here this morning in San Diego, which isn't -21, but it's darn cold for us.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

Hell I would take half of 38 and be very happy.

It was a sweet morning for a drive in the 996. Today is my pop's 81st birthday, so I drove up to Dana Point to buy him breakfast.

Because my pop is damn cool for an 81-year-old, I got him welder for his birthday. He was stoked - he hasn't welded since he worked in a refinery in Texas as a teenager. I probably should have bought him a fire extinguisher as well.

Flow of traffic on the SoCal Autobahn was 100+ northbound and an anemic 90+ coming back home. I'm pretty sure the 996 really enjoyed the Italian tune-up; I know I did. :D

Found something I don't like about LED headlights.......

I was driving home last night in our X3 and it was very cold and light snow. Normally the headlight are great and the high beams through far. I noticed that everything seemed diffused. I pulled into a gas station and the headlights were iced over. Scrapped off the ice and within 5 minutes they were iced over again.

I guess that they don't generate much heat
