I'd never noticed that the 996 is taller than the Corvette...

Re: Ebony and Ivory...
Have you checked the Vette for flat tires? BTW do you crawl thru the window to get in the 996 or across the middle from the other side?
Never gonna make you cry...
Re: Ebony and Ivory...
Heh. I parked it that way for the photo. Normally the Vette is backed in.
The Corvette is still at stock ride height. I’d like to drop it, but the nose already grinds over driveways and dips in the road.

So you do a Dukes of Hazard entry into both cars then? Awesome! Either that or you're one skinny assed dude. New nickname "Flat Stanley".

Re: Ebony and Ivory...
Juvenile part of me still finds C4 cars cool looking. C5s as well.
I even wanted to buy one in college, when I was switching cars every 3 months. I bought 92 5.0 instead, and I genuinely loved that silly car. Those V8 cars from early 90s have their unique charm in how they deliver amazing torque down low.... But run out of power past 5,000 rpm. Driving around town they are just enjoyable.
I am lucky I got only one big ticket on my 5.0, as that car swung on intersections, in the parking lots... and did burnouts everywhere else.
