Bing! The MIL popped on a day or two ago. I have not read the codes yet, but I suspect I know what's coming. Time to start dicking with anti-foulers...

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

I have some of the Fabspeed mini-cats for the secondary o2's if you need a set, the 996 is exempt here now so does not matter.

This Just In: I'm a dumbass. Heh.

I thought I smogged the 996 last year; turns out I smogged it the year before. So, back to the factory cats I go!

I love living in CA, but there are a few things that need changing...

Ugh, that sucks my TT got flagged years ago in Mass was a royal PITA to get it re-certified for road use again. FYI the big daddy garage spacers work like a charm with straight pipes, did not have good luck with the vibrant ones or the ones with the different sized sleeves.

Will anti-foulers actually work though? I know on some cheaper cars they do, but I have always been skeptical if they actually work on the Motronic for Porsche cars..... May have to try this before I go digging into my pockets for cat replacement.....

Dunno, but I'm going to give it a try. I miss the obnoxiousness.

Good news: it only took 2 days to get emissions ready; I was anticipating it sucking, potentially a lot, but the last one clicked over on the way home from work today.

The right ones will work. I have tried a bunch and so far it is the FabSpeed Mini Cats and the Big Daddy's ones that work.
