The silver cab ahead of me in that poor quality photo was driven by a woman that runs that car in the Silver State Challenge. You can vaguely see the roll bar through the rear window. I had a chance to speak with her. She's a pretty neat individual. Everybody on that run was a blast!

Buy that car and go for the RennRun Vegas road Trip!

((Scratching my head)) Let me get this straight... traveling through 7 states nearing the length of the US on major interstates filled with every sort of driver including air traffic patrol, speed cameras, DOT surveillance, random license checks, groups of traffic police running laser, large packs of Hell Angels cruising in their Harleys, zig zagging crotch rockets everywhere, and mysterious zombie lookin' homeless living under the bridges all while driving twice the national average speed limit in a Porsche???

This is a "GOOD WEEK" for me. Finally, after a looooong wait, I'm happy to announce I just put down a deposit for another 996. I'm so excited I probably won't sleep at night. Going next week to inspect it. Fingers and toes crossed.

OK FINE 150 MPH. If anybody remembers my buddy kenqv (had big boobs in avatar) he just drove back home to Tampa and told me he was able to get there quickly. From his text to me: "Cruised at 125 a lot."

Said NM was lots of fun, tons of cops in AZ, TX roads were bad.
