In between cleaning the radiators on the 996 decided to put the bottle opener somewhere with a old ammo can for the cap catch. Of course one needs to try it out

I know this belongs in the suggestion area, but figured I would post it here so it gets more coverage.
One of my favorite things about car forums are the build threads. I think its a great way to learn about your vehicle and its aftermarket support. Could we possibly add a "Build Logs" next to the maintenance logs or mush them into one?

Did my motor mounts finally this past weekend. Just went with the Rein OEM. Thanks for all of your advice in the OG GWIT996F thread, I managed to not break anything except for a small brittle plastic hose clamp that fell from ??? and seemed to keep a small hose in place, somewhere. No new noises, or rattles so I guess I'll order a small bag of them and figure out where it was next time I'm in there. Oh, and shift feel is the #1 improvement especially 1-2, 2-1, and the "thunk" under WOT is gone, to be expected.

While y’all are deep in teacher and gun talk, wife and I are taking a much needed vacay from everything. Zoomin’ around the mountains is where these cars really shine. She actually liked it. Yay!
Lookin' good, son!

Are we talking cars here or Karate?
And, what's this about you keepin' your hose in place?

Keeping the hose in place is secondary only to keeping your hose covered during a car wash. The damn thing is already half-fish as it is with all of the coolant running through it. Can't risk any more water! I just removed the snorkel altogether. TOO MUCH RISK!

Currently, everyone posting has OG (First 100 Members) as their title. I wonder what title Schnell will bestow upon other users. "User" just doesn't seem his style.
