Looks like chili to me.

Awesome Possum Chili
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
4-7 mushrooms, chopped
1 onion
½ bulb garlic
1-2 lb possum, cubed
3 mason jars tomatoes
2 Tb. Salt
2 dried chilies
2Tb. Turmeric
2Tb. Curry
2Tb. Cumin
4Tb. Mustard
1 can kidney beans
1 can chick peas
1 can bean medley
1 can whole rice (heh) kernels
Sauté carrots, celery, garlic, onion and mushrooms with butter over medium-high heat in bottom of a large pot then add meat and cook till it’s evenly browned. Combine rest of ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil. Once the chili has boiled, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 ½ hours.

Understeer: You will hit the wall with the front end.
Oversteer: You will hit the wall with the rear end.
Horsepower: How hard you will hit the wall.
Torque: How far you will move the wall.

Gone hunting with Alec Baldwin and Dick Cheney. Back soon.

That actually looks like a great chili recipe. I like to puree 2-3 cups of the chili and combine for thickness (before meat,) and I'm sure the onion and garlic is also diced not whole but overall a solid recipe.

Well I'm pretty sure 5chn3ll doesn't have the kitchen cred that Bobby Flay has or even like Martha Stewart...

Have you started pre-treating your ground meat with baking soda? If not...you have to try it. It prevents the meat from drying out...and the sear is awesome.

Just use meat that is NOT a walking garbage can with teeth. Honestly, I couldn't remember if it was baking soda or baking powder, so Thanks for that clarification.

There are some dishes where the baking soda trick makes the meat seem REALLY weird - but for chili, soup, or any other recipe where the meat normally gets boiled to fsck, ground meat goes from being that nasty gray pebbly shit to looking (and tasting) like ACTUAL meat.

If you make steak chili, the baking soda will cause the chunks of steak to retain the caramelization - it looks SO much more appetizing than gray and white cubes of former steer.
