WOW! You are a young one!

"Generation Z or Gen Z (also known as iGeneration or iGen and Post-Millennials)[1] is the demographic cohort after the Millennials (Generation Y). Currently, there are numerous additional competing names used in connection with them in the media. There are no precise dates for when this cohort starts or ends, but demographers and researchers typically use the mid-1990s to mid-2000s as starting birth years."

Nope, based on age, I (unwillingly) fall into the millennial category.

Phone stays in the cubby under the AC controls.
Fall into millennial bracket, alas early millennial's tend to have more in common with Gen X than their selfie taking, basement dwelling vaping younger members.

Was at a car show Sunday morning and was baffled by the younger generations taking selfies in front of every car they could, or jumping into the road to take a selfie by your car as driving along. Seems Darwin will be collecting a large number of these ones

Does anyone else have baby boomer co workers who are very shouty and seem to be vastly under qualified for their current position?

We're* shouty because you young uns are passive aggressive assholes that have no grasp on the benefits of experience.

* I'm actually an mid-range Xer, but as a programmer I'm surrounded (and have been for about 20 years) by a bunch of young morons that believe their fresh off the printer degree entitles them to 6 figure salaries and my respect. They seem to universally believe that the world sprang up exactly as it is the day they were born and no one older than them could have possibly ever done anything useful or solved actual problems...

I thought us Baby Boomers were "very shouty" because of hearing loss due to loud music over a long period of time!

However, I couldn't agree more with Mr. gnat's assessment of some "young morons" above. Gnat just give them a trophy every day and they will be happy.
