Yeah, that is fun! However, I'm an "idiot" according to him so what do I know? the one thing I do know is I don't have a bushel basket full of aluminum in my oil pan!
I really wanted to post - "Only an idiot needs someone to save their life." after he said "Only an idiot needs a mechanic to build an engine."
But then I put my fingers down and had some tea because my internet fighting days are behind me.

Well my kid is just a week and a few days away from finishing basic and officially becoming a soldier! Then 5 more weeks to graduate Infantry
He will still have more training to go as he then starts his journey after that to Airborne and Special Forces.
I'm proud as hell of him amd what he has accomplished so far. He is going to be one badass!
So happy we get to see him next weekend.
At least he has gotten to play with some fun toys
HOOAH

Dr, watch the new Hoovie video for more truths about W211 amg ownership. What he is describing is not uncommon. My car also just... Out of the blue refused to change volume on the stereo, Navi screen froze on one menu, and when I got home it would not go "to sleep" (unbeknownst to me at the time). Next day the battery was low, I jumped it and drove to work. When I parked it, I walked around and heard that in the trunk the Navi DVD player was still buzzing 5 minutes later.
Full hard battery disconnect for one hour, car was back on business.
