Do the medical professionals think it will go away? I had that once 30 some odd years ago after getting over a cold. It went away but the first morning when I went to spit out toothpaste and only 1/2 of my face would work was frightening to say the least!
You guys have absolutely no sympathy...

My pop's wife developed Bell's Palsy after getting her covid shot. She looks like Hafthor right now.
My dad - always gentlemanly and supportive - suggested that she look around to see if there are any local productions of "Phantom of the Opera" she could participate in.
Never gonna make you cry...

Current season of Top Gear US - has anyone bothered? Worth it?

They just keep rebooting it - both the UK and US versions. By now I think they're just picking three presenters at random and hoping for a decent combination...

I hope not - but I wouldn't cross the street to piss on her if she was on fire, so...maybe I'm not the right person to ask.

Ugh, I had it last year and my wife immediately drove me to the hospital thinking I was having a stroke. Then my insurance company refused to pay for the emergency room visit because it wasn't a life-threatening illness, which we didn't know at the time. It still isn't fully worked out.
And yes, I looked pretty goofy for about a month. Painful to open my mouth very wide so it was hard to eat. Ugh.

Yeah I went to my GP thinking I had a stroke. He looked at me and asked a couple of questions then he started laughing. I saw nothing funny until he explained. He was a DICK! I no longer go to him...

Dr. Strangelove - I think I recall you mentioning something about bbq in Nashville? I'll be there for about a week this month. Also stopping off in Cincinnati and Houston in case there's any other foodies here with recommendations.
Please don't shun me for traveling during these end times - this is for seriously essential bidniz
Hot chicken! The two rivals in town are Hattie B's and Prince's. My favorite was Prince's. Neither will disappoint. Have fun in Nashville - I really liked the city a lot.

February 2021 was supposed to be the local Porsche club display on our monthly car club display. Due to the pandemic, the Porsche club decided to push back to a month later in the year. So, the museum curator decided to put together a monthly display made up of cars owned by member of the museum's board of directors. The curator initially asked me to provide my 996TT for the display, but I told him that I feel like the X1/9 is a much more interesting car. I see a lot of 911 Turbos on the street and at car shows, but rarely do you run across an X1/9. Although they made a lot of X1/9s, X1/9s have become pretty rare.
So, here are some photos I took this morning after putting it on display and cleaning it up a bit. Enjoy!
