Well I'm happy to read this. Sending our love from Vegas. Your community will be stronger than this event!
You were the first person I thought of when I heard about incident. Glad you are ok.FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2024 3:22 pm Was at the Chiefs' Super Bowl parade and rally yesterday. It was a great time . . . until it wasn't.
Actually, the event was over and a lot of people (including me) had left the rally area before the shooting occurred. I didn't know anything about it until about 20 minutes after it happened when my phone started blowing up. I'd say 80 percent of the attendees learned about the shooting from the news or family checking on them. It was a huge crowd - I wouldn't be surprised if there were 1 million people there.
What did you do with that ugly multi-colored one?FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2024 3:40 pm I know you'll all be glad to know that when I turned 60 a couple of weeks ago, I treated myself to some new office chairs.

Frunky -- like others have said, I'm glad you and those you care about were not physically injured. Hopefully the mental trauma I imagine many have suffered will heal quickly.FRUNKenstein wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2024 3:22 pm Was at the Chiefs' Super Bowl parade and rally yesterday.
