It looks like I can either afford airfare and a hotel or a rental 911, not both. This was an expensive week...
Tires for the 996TT, 997 shift box, Phenix bushings, 997 trans mount, 4 litres of PTX, coolant expansion tank, rennline motor mounts, two hundred bucks worth of O-rings and coolant hoses to pin those dastardly fittings, plugs and coils, a #16 check valve, lots more I can't even remember. Then for the supercharged VR Corrado which needs to be ready for a DE event on June 9th a 4 wheel brake service to rebuild all the calipers that have been cooked at 10-ish DE events, new front rotors & HP Plus pads, one front wheel bearing, replace a few brake hoses with braided stainless, flush with ATE 200 fluid, install that catch can so it doesn't smell like hot oil, oh and change the oil as soon as I grab another 10Q of 10w40. I still need to order that max jax lift unless I can fit a real 2-poster in the warehouse here.
Ouch.
But worth it.
